The Instant Autoresponder Messages Software
Here is your free Million Dollar email program.
- Right click on the Image and download the software. We are getting reports that the download works much better with Firefox on the PC and not Internet Explorer. IE is saving it as a .zip file. That won’t work. Use Firefox.
- Double click on the downloaded software. If you don’t have Adobe Air on your computer, it should automatically download.
- If for some reason Adobe Air doesn’t install on your computer, you can download it here: http://get.adobe.com/air
- Here’s a short video showing you how to install the software and run it.
- Don’t be deceived by how simple the emails look, they’ve been proven effective many times over. The key is contact.
- We would be honored if you would share your comments below on our blog.

I downloaded it but adobe air just keeps showing me upgrade options do I have to buy it to open the software. Also I do not see an Iam.air only and iam.swf tried that one and air opens but only showing upgrade and online options no software
August 31st, 2009 at 1:01 pm
Dr. Kilstein,
Is this some type of joke?
The software doesn’t start or open as a matter of fact, no matter how many different ways I’ve tried to open it with Adobe Air, and there’s no file in the zip file that indicates it’s an executive .exe file that would start the program, except for the certificate which you need to get a key to be able to open the software.
What’s the skinny? Please advise.

August 31st, 2009 at 1:04 pm
Go ahead. Plug it in to your auto responder.
August 31st, 2009 at 1:05 pm
You do NOT have to buy Adobe Air. It is a free download.
August 31st, 2009 at 1:11 pm
If Adobe Air is installed on your computer all you need is to click on Iam.air and it installs automatically. There is no zip file at all so I’m not sure how you got one.
This is an .air application. I just installed this on a Mac and a PC and it works flawlessly. I honestly can’t imagine what certificate you are talking about. Just follow the instructions.
August 31st, 2009 at 1:18 pm
Thanks! The software works perfect. Obviously the emails do need some gramatical tweaking before they go out the door, but its a great start.
Do you think it would be possible to get a video showing an example of what to put in the boxes for a particular niche to get the most optimal output in your created emails?
Thanks
~Blaine
PS. For those of you who can’t get it working: First download adobe air. then save the other file then open it and select “open with” and choose adobe air. It will work.
August 31st, 2009 at 1:18 pm
mine down loads into zip file too I guess thats why I can not find the .air file?
August 31st, 2009 at 1:22 pm
Guys,
No, it’s no joke. If you are having problems, the problem is with your computer.
If it will run on the four-year-old Windows laptop I installed it on, it should work on any PC or Mac (Adobe Air software is cross-platform).
I just tested this and it works flawlessly… so far as I can tell after my quick test.
No problems installing, using, or getting the output from the software on my end.
Harlan, thanks for sharing.

I right clicked on my PC and saved it to the desktop and it saved as IAM.air. Please install Adobe Air first if you are having a problem.

Hey Darrel, just don’t tell Frank. Shhh.
August 31st, 2009 at 1:32 pm
wow stupid IE I have been having more trouble with it, it seems to work on firefox just fine
August 31st, 2009 at 1:52 pm
If you’re having trouble with this software on Vista, this might help.
I had an issue using Marketsamurai (also an AIR application) and I was pulling my hair out until I found this solution.
Seems vista doesn’t always associate Adobe Air as the right software for opening Air programs. Air wouldn’t work on my vista laptop, but would work on my vista desktop PC.
The solution was to find the Adobe AIR Application Installer.exe file, mine was located at:
\Program Files\Common Files\Adobe AIR\Versions\1.0\Adobe AIR Application Installer.exe
When you go to that folder on your computer (after installing adobe Air) you can run the installer executable and be able to browse and select the AIR application that you would like to install and the process should work as expected from there on out.
(In this case, browse for the IAM.air file that you can download to your computer by right-clicking and doing a “save-as” on the link above)
You may have to right-click the AIR Application Installer and ‘Run As Administrator’ if it doesn’t work straight away.
Hope that helps.

This software is pretty interesting.
I like the “census” (questioning) as it forces you to really think!
And once I finished the census the output generated with lightning speed.
Of course you’ll want to go back to the the census and tweak responses so the output makes sense (tenses, etc.).
But all in all this is a quite useful tool.
Thanks for the gift.

It is working on a PC. Please read the instructions carefully. One of our friends Kory explained what he had to do on Vista.

Hey Mark, of course there is some tweaking but as you think about your product, it doesn’t take much time
and light lightening – there you are with 50 emails.

Thanks Kory. I’m wondering if the problems are all Vista based. Actually, I had no problem on an office machine that is Vista based.
Go figure.

Tried it with FF and it downloaded as an air file and installed fine.

Interesting – not just two posts ago the blog topic here was on honesty in advertising and now we’re using software to tell stories to our lists that never happened?
Sorry – while I think it’s great to model successful email campaigns, I can’t get behind using software to create works of fiction like the following bit from one of the templates….
“”I just got a letter from someone who used my at and I thought you might enjoy it.
Here’s the letter:
,
I just wanted to say “Thank You!” for your amazing .
Your book has made all the difference in the world for me being able to finally .”
So much for credability!
Steve
August 31st, 2009 at 5:15 pm
Sorry Harlan but this is an unrestricted file, the equivalent of installing a system server with an open port to the net.
That’s plain suicidal over the long term – that warning is there for a REASON. Ask whoever compiled this for you to do it properly. If they say “It’s supposed to be like that” either direct them to Adobe Labs or find another programmer.

Steve, We appreciate your comments. You are certainly entitled to your opinion. Ultimately, the list is about the relationship and the relationship is about the value — what you bring to the table. So your product or service or expertise needs to walk on its own eventually. If you do decide to give it a try, let us know your results.
Good luck!
August 31st, 2009 at 5:50 pm
Hi Rodney,
Sounds great, definitely let us know and keep us posted.
August 31st, 2009 at 6:02 pm
Hi Alan, thanks for taking the time to comment. The program has no Internet access or any other capabilities — all it does is create text files. We and hundreds or more have used it successfully and easily. That said, of course, it is your choice to use or not to use. Let us know if you have any other questions and/or how you like it if you do use it.
August 31st, 2009 at 6:05 pm
Harlan, this is wonderful software – simple to install, simple to use, brilliant results! Thank you for your generosity – I can see how useful this will be. Of course I’ll tailor it to my product/service and the list, and edit where appropriate to keep integrity along with connection. You have created an amazing template that really does encourage deeper thought into the product, the relationship, and the message to our market.
August 31st, 2009 at 6:07 pm
These texts have to be customized. In some cases, you may not have five bonuses. You may not have ANY bonuses.
The program also asks you for testimonials and names of people who provided them. It’s up to you to use them
with integrity. If you have never received a thank you letter for your product, it would not be congruent for you to use that template.
You can build a house or commit a murder with a hammer. You have to act with integrity.
That’s what real marketing is about.
Harlan
August 31st, 2009 at 6:07 pm
Hi Katie, Thank you for the comment. So glad to hear everything is running smoothly — looking forward to hearin more about how you tailor the verbiage and, to use your words, “keep integrity along with connection.”

Dr. Kilstein,
Program downloaded with Firefox with no problems.
Installed on laptop w/ Vista without any problems.
I already had Adobe Air installed on my PC.
Anyone with problems should install Adobe Air first, then install program.
Program loaded up just fine, haven’t had time to work with it yet.
Thank you for the program,

August 31st, 2009 at 8:45 pm
Tip: If you download the file and it has a .zip extension, it was renamed by your browser or dowload software. All you need to do is rename it to IAM.air then click on it. It took me a while to figure this out.
Thank you for the software!
August 31st, 2009 at 9:21 pm
Hello Harlan,
This software is truly awesome! Granted it takes what its given and puts it into a format. Some major editing is needed, but editing is much more acceptable that the blank slate! I found this a great exercise in filling in the blanks to create the copy writing pieces for my business. I was able to save the work as I wrote and then even open another file to save the completed work and the written work was still available.
Thank you!
Now we could begin to find great ways to write in the information so that the words work in the templates more effectively. Quite an interesting project!
August 31st, 2009 at 10:27 pm
Thanks. This would work for people using IE. According to my programmer, Microsoft doesn’t like Air as a platform because it can work on PC and Mac which would cut into their bottom line. What ever! Harlan
August 31st, 2009 at 10:28 pm
Alice, I’ve always found editing is easier than the blank screen. If you find something special you need, the programmer’s name is right there when you open the software. Peace. Harlan
August 31st, 2009 at 11:01 pm
Harlan – thanks for the software.
I like the concept.
The “L”s come out upside down. Any solutions?
August 31st, 2009 at 11:03 pm
Hi Harlan,
Thanks for the software, I downloaded it with Google Chrome with no problems at all. It installed everything seamlessly.
I went through the Q&A process and also no problems.
I just have one question – now I have a “50 email golf project.prj” file but I don’t know how to access the emails. I guess from the info above they are text files. How do I access them please?
Cheers Doug
PS I believe you have a golf site? Would you like a copy of my ebook in appreciation.
August 31st, 2009 at 11:25 pm
Here are the steps. You select a directory where you the emails to be produced. Go through all the steps and press the generate emails button.
Of course, at any step along the way you can save it to a .prj file. If you have the file, open it and go through all the steps. The emails should
appear in the directory of your choice. I’d love a copy of your ebook. Send it to TACTIC 7 AT Gmail DOT COM. Harlan
August 31st, 2009 at 11:26 pm
the L’s come out upside down? That’s news to me. I could understand if they came out right to left since my programmer is in Israel. Maybe he stood on
his head when he typed. I’ll ask him! Harlan
September 1st, 2009 at 12:12 am
After the hassle of getting the software installed, I have been thru the process of creating 50 emails. I looked at the 1st one and had to edit it some but it was good place to start.
Even If I have to do some editing, this software will save my a lot of time in putting together email campaigns. Editing is much much easier than starting from scratch for most of us. Also a thanks for putting the programmers URL in the software.
During the process of completing the questions, I discovered some things to change on my sales letter.
This software will be quite helpful.
September 1st, 2009 at 12:25 am
Harlan,
This was a masterful idea. I have saved all Franks emails over the last couple of years, plus I own masscontrol. Actually, I met you down in San Diego as well. Anyway, great job on this software. It is easy and saves you hundreds of hours doing it by hand. Well done. Dana

September 1st, 2009 at 2:32 am
G’day all,
Firstly Harlan, THANKS for this free gift, it rocks! I have seen similar programs selling anywhere from $50 to $2000, and this is as good as any of them. And you can’t beat the price!
For those having problems downloading the program on PC, it works fine if you use Firefox. I just downloaded it and installed it in a couple of minutes on my Vista laptop. Just make sure you right-click and ‘Save As’ in Firefox to download it. It should save as an AIR file. Then just double-click on the file and it will install. I already had AIR installed on my laptop, but if you don’t then Windoze will install it for you first if you are connected to the internet.
The program itself is simple enough to use, but it DOES make you think a bit about your product and service — that might frighten a few of you!
Anyhoo, here is an actual example of one of the 50 emails that I just knocked out in about 10 minutes or so about a topic I know ABSOLUTELY NOTHING about — it probably shows:
==========
Hi ,
The Siamese cat Man here from http://www.bestsiamesecats.com with more tips for successfully Siamese Cat breeding.
Yes, I’m talking about mating Siamese Cats.
In a recent letter, we talked about the most common characteristic cat breeders share.
Right now, your Siamese Cat breeding skills are adapted from the common practice of most cat breeders to rely on luck to mating Siamese Cats…or to try to mating Siamese Cats.
In fact, almost all of your Siamese Cat breeding “problems” can be traced back to one thing:
MISINTERPRETING LUCK FOR SKILL.
Here’s why:
cat breeders are habitual creatures who believe mating Siamese Cats equates with Siamese Cat breeding skill.
And to become a skillful cat breeders, simply mating Siamese Cats is the ultimate reward.
So even when they are actually very lucky when they finally producing great Siamese kittens, they interpret their actions as those of a skillful cat breeders.
And this is why they will keep repeating themselves even when it was luck that allowed them to producing great Siamese kittens.
To an average cat breeders, ANY (<– MY fault, I didn't enter any response here) to breed the perfect Siamese Cat is good to breed the perfect Siamese Cat.
Let's take always match the best female to the best male for example.
In my last letter, we talked about why most cat breeders always match the best female to the best male.
They might have winning a Best Of Show award …and they might have actually selling the kittens for much more money.
And this is exactly what cat breeders want.
When that happens, average cat breeders are thinking, "AWESOME! All I have do is always match the best female to the best male. This is producing great Siamese kittens …and if I follow always match the best female to the best male, producing great Siamese kittens."
And guess what? You'll probably notice a pattern going on.
Every time you producing great Siamese kittens, you rely on luck and the pattern begins:
1. winning a Best Of Show award.
2. always match the best female to the best male.
3. producing great Siamese kittens that might not even happen.
(This is how most average cat breeders always match the best female to the best male)
So, if you do this every time you always match the best female to the best male, do you know what you are actually thinking?
"Hey – MY WAY WORKS!"
…And the reliance on luck continues.
And this is why average cat breeders only selling the kittens for much more money.
It's because they actually equate a successful Siamese Cat breeding with a skillful one and they only producing great Siamese kittens when they are lucky.
Fortunately, this is *really easy* to fix. It's all laid out for you in easy, step-by-step instructions in my new product,
The Layman's Guide To Breeding Perfect Siamese cats
Not only do my breeding methods work great every year, day in and day out, they're also rather easy for you to follow.
You can get the full scoop here:
http://www.bestsiamesecats.com
Here's just a taste of what's revealed in these amazing secrets:
* how to produce the best kittens
(I got lazy and only entered one benefit here instead of three)
This method works like magic!
* how to make more money selling the kittens
(Same here)
And that's not nearly all.
Get the full scoop here:
http://www.bestsiamesecats.com
Sincerely,
The Siamese cat Man
==========
As someone else noted, the first couple of times you use the software you will probably need to go back and edit some of your responses to correct the tenses and other errors, but this comes down to user error and you can't blame the program for that. Once you get the feel for the program it should be child's play (literally!), and the SPEED of the output is truly amazing!
Once again Harlan, THANK YOU very much for this gift, it will be truly appreciated by MOST of the people on the list.
Terry

Useful software to help us spend more time on, as you say, the relationship, rather than creating templates!
For those non-technical like myself and using Internet Explorer – all I had to do was right click & “save target as” and change the name from IAM.zip to IAM.air. Then when you open/install it (if you have Adobe already), it works. On Vista at home as well.

Every internet marketer who is involved in affiliate and CPA marketing will appreciate this tool. We’ve all been told over and over and over again that the money is in the list. However, putting together a series of emails to communicate with that list when you work in several niches is quite time consuming. This tool will save me a great deal of time.

Hey Harlan,
I saw your name in an email and I stopped reading the email and I immediately went to sign up for whatever it was just cause it had your name on it.
I have seen ads for email writing software before, but I never liked them because the people who create them know nothing about copywriting. However, you are a KILLER copywriter and you took the emails from Frank, who writes very persuasive emails, so I figured this would be amazing.
I would like to let you know, I wasn’t disappointed. I was a bit worried when you said it was all a push of a button and I thought it would just be answering a couple questions and then BAM a bunch of crappy emails. But there are a lot of questions with a lot of info, and so I am quite happy.
I already had Adobe AIR on my computer and I used firefox to download it and it downloaded without a hitch. I was slightly worried when I saw that it could access my files, but I figured that if it did screw up my computer I know who to sue.
So it downloaded great, I put in some quick answers (for a product that isn’t mine in a niche that I am still learning about) and it popped out 50 emails in an INSTANT! It was insanely fast and I am quite happy.
As other people said, I needed to tweak some of my answers (like some have to be capitalized, some don’t, some grammatical errors, etc.), but other than that it put out great emails. And it is a bazillion times faster than writing emails from scratch, and proven templates will work much better than my own emails anyway.
I have actually sent in a list of all the questions to my partner (the owner of the product I am promoting and someone VERY familiar with the industry) so he can answer them all with information that will really hit home with the target market and give me further insight into the market so I can tweak his salespage and write better emails.
So for everyone else reading this, you can not only use this to write emails, (and for those who are worried about it being unethical or whatever), you can use those questions to get some insight into your market.
Thank you very much for this software Harlan. I greatly appreciate it. (Oh, and can’t wait for the “more suprises”!)
Thanks again,
Shawn

Thanks Harlan, nice gift.
For the folks having download issues try Google Chrome as the browser. Worked first time for me on Chrome.

Hey Jim,
Glad to hear it all worked so easily and well.
Enjoy!

Hi Shawn,
Thank you for taking the time to write such a long and thoughtful comment.
I am truly glad you were pleased with the product.
You had a great point about using it not only to generate the emails, but to gain insight into your market — I agree 100% and appreciate that you took the time to discover this.

Hi Peter,
Thanks for the comment and for the Google Chrome tip.
September 1st, 2009 at 9:53 pm
So when’s the launch, and what will you be launching?
Just kidding. Thanks and since I never thanked you for the all the mind maps, thank you for those as well. They are awesome
September 1st, 2009 at 10:10 pm
Hi Harlan,
Many thanks for this! It downloaded with Firefox – no problems at all – and installed instantly. I look forward to using it within the next couple days. Jan

Thanks Harlan:
I’m actually going through NLP Copywriting 1,2 and 3 so this will come in handy!
September 1st, 2009 at 10:49 pm
How very generous of you Harlan, thank you. It worked perfectly once I opened the pre-installed Air application.
I do always wonder what induces people to be kind and help others…any answers on your end?
Again many thanks!
September 1st, 2009 at 11:09 pm
Harlan–
WOW and THANKS! Talk about a great reciprocity strategy!
The software is outstanding–and even though I enjoy writing copy, I’ve been intimidated by putting together a long autoresponder campaign. You just removed the fear and dread and made it exciting! Many, many kudos and thanks!
As for the tech “issues”, I’m on a Mac (another Jedi!) using Leopard and I had air installed already. Using Safari, I simply downloaded the file and double clicked on it. It opened and installed perfectly. No muss, no fuss. So to all you PC users, what the heck are you doing in the ice ages? Join the Macsters!
Once again, THANKS so much, Harlan! You certainly know how to make friends!

Ummm … Wow.
Like this is totally tubular!
Seriously Harlan … not only did I just create 50 follow up emails … but, they are quality emails. These emails are interesting and will keep people looking forward to the next email.
Truly a smart piece of software. So simple, yet sophisticated and scrumptious.
All kidding aside — thanks for releasing this for free. Less than 30 minutes of answering the questions and I had my entire follow up emails.
What’s next in your arsenal?
September 2nd, 2009 at 1:16 am
It installed fine for me, but after going through the whole thing and entering all the information, when I clicked on “Generate sales letters” I got the message: “Please select directory.” When I click OK, nothing happens. So I can’t see the end product. This is frustrating.

Hi Harlan,
Thanks for this great software. I’ll go ahead to try it right away!
September 2nd, 2009 at 4:54 am
At last…. a tool that is free…it does as it says on the tin….and it works.
Thanks for the great tool. Been racking my un-creative brain to try and write profit grabbing emails for a while now. Can not wait to start sending some emails and building a list that converts.
Did try and use explorer to down load, Firefox worked straight away.
September 2nd, 2009 at 5:25 am
Hey Harlan, glad to see the Tactic7 stuff again..
This is brilliant software, thank you very much for sharing it!
I just had a thought as I was using it – would it be possible to put a small example after each box so we can easily see what we need to provide? That would save us having to go back and tweak our answers when the emails don’t read right.
Thanks again,
Peter.

Hi Peter,
Thank you for your comment!
On your question do you mean a sample answer for each field?
September 2nd, 2009 at 5:43 am
RJ,
We will email you directly today to make sure you can resolve the issue and find the file.
September 2nd, 2009 at 5:49 am
Harlan – yes, for each field an example answer so we can get the terminology and tense right first time..
September 2nd, 2009 at 5:59 am
I just want to say Harlan – I’ve been looking through the messages and it’s clear you’ve put a tremendous amount of work into them. I did a similar project with articles and I know just how hard it is to get these things reading properly with generic text. To do it as well as you have for 50 messages is simply awesome! My hat off to you..
September 2nd, 2009 at 6:01 am
Harlan, you are an inspiration to the marketing world, thank you very much for the great software, I have not tried it yet, I had no problem downloading it. I will now go and take the time to try it out and get back to you.

Hi Harlin…
I think this product will work for me in the future. See I’m a Newbie just starting to be doing things on the web. I don’t have a list now, so to instual this now I can’t answer any of those questions. Can I save it to my desk top and instual it later? Or do you think I’m jumping the gun?
Please let me know, And thank you for your free gift..

Hi Reg,
Yes, you can save it to your computer and install later.
Good luck and NO, you are definitely not jumping the gun. In fact, you should congratulate yourself on taking action!

September 2nd, 2009 at 1:44 pm
Thanks a lot. Took your advice, used Firefox, installed in a snap. Put some info in to test it out, and 50 emails were returned. These templates are terrific, because I can never think of what to put into a long series of emails.
Thanks again,
Dot
September 2nd, 2009 at 1:50 pm
I downloaded it with internet explorer but internet explorer only saves it as a zip file
this will not work….
I then downloaded with Firefox this did work installed OK working OK Very good software THANKS..
EVERYONE PLEASE NOTE : DOWNLOAD ONLY WORKS IF YOU DOWNLOAD WITH FIREFOX…
September 2nd, 2009 at 1:53 pm
Hi Karl,
Sorry you had trouble and thank you for the comment.
It is not accurate that the download only works with Firefox. We have a lot of folks who downloaded with IE (and others) with no issues. Glad that Firefox worked well for you — just want to be clear that it works with other browser platforms as well.
Thank you!
September 2nd, 2009 at 1:53 pm

September 2nd, 2009 at 2:00 pm
A techno newbie here. Question: What is an output directory? Is it on my computer or at the place where I have my autoresponder set up? Any help you could give me would be appreciated, as I really want to get the most benefit from your most gracious gift.
Thank you so much.
September 2nd, 2009 at 2:03 pm
Hi Melody-Rose,
This is the place (a folder on your computer) where the 50 emails/files are outputted to once you finish. In other words, this is where the files end up and where you can find them on your computer.
Hope this helps.
September 2nd, 2009 at 2:12 pm
Nice to see the notes for people still insisting on using IE.
Why anyone persists with Microsloth bloatware confuses me.
Their first article of faith is always “more is better — forget quality, go for quantity, always”.
The second is “what web standards? We’re Microsloth… we ARE the standard.”
September 2nd, 2009 at 2:14 pm
Thanks,
I’m a big fan of Franks, and this
is a godsend, and I’m a copywriter!
A very nice “edge” to have!
I love the “copy the best” philosophy…:o)
I’m #1 so why try harder?
LOL
thanks a bunch!

September 2nd, 2009 at 2:33 pm
Great tool, any word on the idea time between emails?
1 day?
3 days?
7 days?
September 2nd, 2009 at 2:38 pm
The software downloaded without any difficulty on my PC using Foxfire.
I did have one question regarding what happens if one of the questions is not applicable? Is it OK to leave question unanswered or will this cause problems.
September 2nd, 2009 at 3:00 pm
Here are some additional tips for downloading and installing on a Vista operated laptop (I followed Admin’s and Kory’s instructions, but still had problems)…
If you do NOT have Adobe AIR installed (check computer\program files\common\), use the link at the Adobe AIR icon above.
HERE’S THE KEY… remember to restart your computer before continuing!
1. With my system, I had to use Firefox to download… right clicked on the IAM.air icon above; then clicked on “Save Link As”; I saved the IAM.air installer file to my Desktop
2. Double clicked on the IAM.air installer icon on the Desktop… it installed just fine
OR
right-click on the icon and select “Open With”; browse to computer\common\Adobe AIR\versions\1.0\; select the Adobe AIR Application Installer.exe file; proceed…
Everything works just fine now.
The key for me was to restart my laptop after installing the Adobe AIR software BEFORE attempting to run the IAM.air installer.
Thanks to Admin and all y’all’s comments (that’s “Southern” for everybody)…
Susan H
Southeast New Mexico, USA
PS… Thanks for giving us such a valuable product… hopefully, we can all pass forward this generosity!
September 2nd, 2009 at 3:02 pm
If you download this with IE and it saves it as IAM.zip, simply rename the file to IAM.air. Do *NOT* unzip the file. I already had Adobe AIR installed and this worked perfectly on IE with Vista.
September 2nd, 2009 at 3:13 pm
Thanks for this time saving software. I had zero issues installing and running it on Vista Home Premium by using Firefox instead of IE. The emails generated are far from perfect but a great start and only need minor tweaking to be grammatically correct.
Kudos to you guys… this is a definite keeper for me
September 2nd, 2009 at 3:23 pm
Hi Ian,
Thanks! This will certainly help out some others.
September 2nd, 2009 at 3:24 pm
Hi Gary, thanks for taking the time to comment. Glad you had no isses and glad to be of service!
September 2nd, 2009 at 3:24 pm
Just downloaded it, and it looks great. I can’t wait to use it. Without going through the whole thing, do we then take the emails and run them through our autoresponder?
September 2nd, 2009 at 3:26 pm
I installed it on a 6 month old Vista laptop with NO problems. I didn’t have to install Adobe AIR.
Thank you so much for the software. Amazing what all goes into writing autoresponder emails. Eye opening. This is a very useful tool.
Thanks,
Donna

Easiest install I have ever come across. The folks that couldn’t figure it out must not know how to turn on a computer. Thanks. I will be setting up autoresponder series for all of my websites. Thanks again.

September 2nd, 2009 at 9:55 pm
Hey Harlan,
First off I’d like to say a big Thank You for allowing us to use this incredible software, you are helping a lot of people, and people will remember your generosity.
I would also like to say, that just the questions on the form alone, really make you think. I was getting ideas from just reading the questions, definitely a great addition to the ever growing list of tools we need.
You have made many people happy today, my hat is off to you my friend.
Thanks again, Ken D.
September 2nd, 2009 at 10:18 pm
Hi Harlan,
what a great tool!
I downloaded it and did a little trial run.
Sure the emails would need tweaking and so on, but it’s far easier to edit than write from scratch!
Thank you for your generosity: may it return many-fold to you.
Regards,

What an awesome gift! Thank you so much. I’m gonna need to print out each page so I can “fill in the blanks”.
September 3rd, 2009 at 12:06 am
Harlan,
I happen to agree with Steve (just my opinion) that this software helps folks cross over into a very gray area regarding integrity. Please emphasize to remain diligent in always being honest with your email campaigns (e.g. only use testimonials you have actually received). Actually, I question building a relationship with automated email and it is exactly what I do not like about affiliate marketers, even Frank Kern. The customer is just bombarded by emails about all different topics. Using a software like yours removes any personal touch because the user did not write it. After about the 4th email from Frank I unsubscribed from his list as fast as I could. To you and your users I wish you good luck in your marketing campaigns. I just had to put in my two cents.
September 3rd, 2009 at 12:17 am
Doug, I unsubscribe from lists that don’t operate with integrity. Making up testimonials is also illegal. Automating emails is not wrong. If someone wants to be dishonest, their karma is going to bite them. I’m not sure why you automatically gravitated that there’s something wrong with the software. If it creates a moral problem for you, delete it from your machine. Most folks can tell right from wrong and see nothing wrong in software that automates writing emails. Peace. Harlan
September 3rd, 2009 at 12:18 am
Good idea Roxie. Post one of your emails for me. Harlan
September 3rd, 2009 at 12:19 am
Ah an Irish copywriter. Sure and you’re probably drinking my Bushmills right now! Peace. Harlan

Hey there – I’m having the same issue as Ron Schmidt. I’m also running Vista so followed Kory’s answer but when I open the installer.exe, it’s asking to locate an Installer Package which IAM.Air is not so I’m now stuck. Can anyone help please ??
Cheers

September 3rd, 2009 at 1:17 am
Harlan,
Thank you so much for the wonderful software. The progression in the messages surely do build rapport with ones customer base (list). Great work.
Thank you so much, David V
September 3rd, 2009 at 2:12 am
Harlan
THanks for this – what a great giveaway.
Installed fine for me, and works great – put some odd phrases etc in to see how they’d come out!
Can be quite funny if you really muck up the phrases…!
Anyway, very useful – and thanks for including the “Save Project’ option..
Cheers

Hi,
No problem installing as I have .air installed for Market Samurai. There is a problem; the interface window is too big for my net book and I couldn’t reduce it. I have the same problem with Camtasia even though there is unused space on the window of the app.
Any suggestions?
September 3rd, 2009 at 4:37 am
You rock dude! I wasn’t looking forward to the copy writing of 50 emails for my affiliate campaigns. Thanks to you, after a little tweaking, the dastardly deed has been done!
Appreciate the assist!
September 3rd, 2009 at 4:54 am
thanks
September 3rd, 2009 at 5:20 am
Hi Having got this old head around the downloading and installing I ran the programme this morning for an unbelieving trial.
WOW! it works great thanks for letting us use this software.
Of course the resultant messages will need tweaking but that is easy when you have such a great foundation provided. As far as Doug is concerned and his lack of personalization surely the tweaking of the messages will allow for the personalization. I have many autoresponder messages and this software will certainly be the main weapon in my armoury form now on.
The questions are very thought provoking and by answering thoughtfully the result is great targetted autoresponder messages.
Thanks again
Dave
September 3rd, 2009 at 5:46 am
Thanks! Downloaded and installed perfectly. (Using firefox) This looks like a great tool, but I can see I’m going to have to set aside some time to answer all the questions fully and relevantly. Then I’ll just add personalization and load them into my Aweber system.
Note to all – Like all computer programs, the better the information you put in… the better results you will get out. Yes, there will be a little cleaning up and formating, but that’s only a small price to pay for so much great content.
September 3rd, 2009 at 6:58 am
Thanks Harlen,
Really helpful in getting over writers block and getting your messages out there.

September 3rd, 2009 at 7:21 am
Wow, Thanks a million…I can see you are practicing what you (and Frank) preach by giving first and building relationships before selling to your audience…well done.
I appreciate having this great tool and look forward to seeing offerings from you in the future (and isn’t that the point?)
Have a wonderful day.

Hi,
Thanks. Adobe Air already installed. Went through the IE fiasco then downloaded via Firefox no problems. Clicked the icon and it installed 75% 3X but stopped due to “error 0″. I’m gonna try downloading and reinstalling Adobe Air to see what happens.
Thanks.

Hi Hamo,
Regarding your question about the interval between emails, we recommend: Days 1 3 5 7 11 15 19 etc. Thank you for the question!
September 3rd, 2009 at 8:15 am
Hi Lois,
You asked a question about skipping questions in the emails if they don’t apply or if you don’t want the info. Skip what you want to skip and then proof the resulting email, deleting or editing where necessary.
Thank you for the question.

Hi Folks,
For those that are having problem opening the software. It can only work if you have Adobe Air and you must use Firefox on the PC. Once you have that program, the whole thing just about opens by itself. I have tried it on both PC and Mac and as long as you have the Adobe Air program and are using Firefox on your PC, you will be just fine and wow you will love what this program can do.
Thank Harlan for this program. I am sure it will help me achieve my goals for this year and years to come.

Hi James,
Thanks for the info and the comment.
One clarification: While Firefox seems to be the smoothest and most consistent install, it is not true that it”s the only browser that works w/the software on the PC. We have had people use IE with no problems whatsoever.
Thanks again.
September 3rd, 2009 at 9:34 am
I downloaded your software,
I downloaded Adobe Air from the link.
Installed Adobe Air and followed the steps.
Double clicked your AIM.air file, adobe Air started automatically and I followed the steps.
At finish the software started automatically.
Up and running within 5 minutes…MAGIC!!!
thanks, you are a star!!

Thank you! Using firefox, I downloaded and opened and installed without any problems at all on to my windows XP machine. Works a treat and just needs a little text tweaking. Cheers Harlan!

unrestricted access to my computer?
The installation indicates the system access to my computer and files of your installation is UNRESTRICTED. I cant say that is the most attractive offer I have had all day…can you tell me what you think this means? I want to try your tool and I am not overly suspicious of your intentions but I don’t install stuff I dont know where its going to end up on my system…can you comment or suggest a way of trying your tool without the security breach? also your AIR installation indicates the Publisher (Whom I guess is you) to be unknown…I am sure lots of well wishers are stopping right there…Dan
September 3rd, 2009 at 11:17 am
Hello Dan,
Thanks for sharing your questions/concerns.
Take a look at these links for explanations on the “unrestricted” questions. These pages should answer a lot for you and any others who have the same questions:
http://stackoverflow.com/questions/842076/adobe-air-unrestricted-access-how-do-i-restrict-it
http://blogs.adobe.com/simplicity/2008/05/airs_unrestricted_system_access_warning.html
September 3rd, 2009 at 11:21 am
Dan, just a couple exceprts from those links:
—->Right now, all application are unrestricted. Even if they don’t need to, say, access the filesystem, they still can. So that warning shows up every time.
—->How do you know, then, which applications to trust? I recommend making that decision based on the publisher’s identity–the other major piece of information on that first installations screen.
September 3rd, 2009 at 11:24 am
Hi Guys
just like to say thanks, your tool looks great,
looking forward to trying it out.
September 3rd, 2009 at 11:28 am
Thanks for the links, that is helpful…as a coder, do you really feel safe opening up the vault of your computers files to AIR in this way? I am not a coder but a filmmaker and have made films on code and encryption technology, and though I really love the idea behind your product, I cannot bring myself to offer access to my root directory to AIR in exchange for what I perceive to be an excellent offering on your part…is that really the only way your product is available?

Harlan,
Thank you for the generous giveaway of important communication tool which we could not afford to buy. I look forward to it helping me with my life mission of saving lives from the #1 cause of death for all people in USA under the age of 35: driving. I am a traffic safety & crash expert and leader of nonprofit organization for traffic safety advocacy and victim support. Your generosity will contribute directly to our life-saving cause. Good Lord,
I just generated my first 50 email messages and I must say I AM IMPRESSED…
For one, I could not possibly write that many cool emails in the 30 minutes it took me to fill out all 9 steps in detail.
AND… if whom ever is reading this thinks that 30 minutes is a long time then they haven’t actually sat down to construct a proper email message themselves because I can tell you from experience… my best converting emails have taken me 1 -3 hours to put together.
I can’t thank you enough for this incredible cash-getting tool. I will be recommending this tool to all my students and coaching clients for sure…
Mike Hill
PS. My wife thanks you too because not only are my emails NOT boring but I now have a ton of extra time on my hands.

Great software, installed and ran on my Linux box with no trouble
September 3rd, 2009 at 1:18 pm
Harlan,
Thanks for the software. I was hesitant being majority of offers come with a redirect to another buy me first product to get the freebie. Soooo tired of getting hit with dozens of clickbank offers everyday. My adobe programs are always updated and i used firefox so there was no problem downloading the program. Now I have to ask if you can give us some direction in using it to possibly fit in with affiliate marketing.
Sincerely,

Fantastic program. I am still having fun with it. It has saved me so much time and effort, and I like that I can tweak the template emails for anything such as a special event or even a holiday promo.
Thanks for your generous gift.

HI,
I run a hp laptop with Vista Home as the operating system. This installed flawlessly.
I do use a free download manager named “MiniDM” this seems to eliminate all the problems with downloading and using many of the programs from the net.
Do a search for “MiniDM” it will help.
Love the software and can’t wait to put it to use. It is going to give a big boost to my business.
Thanks!

Thanks for this useful tool I think this is the first useful easy piece of software I have been able to use and understand straight away. Now all I need is to look at starting to sell a product
September 3rd, 2009 at 3:01 pm
This is an awesome tool! The questions made my head hurt though because they were things I should have done but had not yet done. It was very cool to get them answered. The software worked flawlessly and the autoresponders are written so well I was amazed.
Thank you, thank you, thank you!!!
September 3rd, 2009 at 3:28 pm
You are such an A***
I can’t call you enough bad names right now.
(my kids are near the computer but they would be friggin’ bad…)
You know I’ve been using this software to blast out super fast
autoresponders that convert like crazy.
This was my “Ace up my sleeve”! It let me goof off and then
jump on the keyboard and unleash a torrent of kickass e-mails
that blew my clients away.
I’ve used those e-mails to generate over $35K just this year.
It was easy money. (I shared them with my insiders and they’ve
made a bunch!)
You really SUCK! No You really Suck!!!!
I’m so mad right now I can barely type.
This basically means that if you can read and type you can
create killer autoresponders…
Luckily you’re Jewish or you’d be of my Christmas card list…
hope you enjoy the cornflakes tomorrow…you know what I mean!
(Can’t type an salutation that doesn’t start with a F)
Anthony
PS My post is aimed directly at Harlan! (My daughters can’t
understand why I keep shaking my head and muttering under my breath…)
But, I will share something. I beta tested this software when it first came out. It really has created an easy and very lucrative business for me.
I’m actually in the process of building a business based solely on ARs. That’s why I’m so pissed at him.
These can be adapted for almost any market. (I can’t tell you how quickly because then my clients will wonder why it takes so long to write them.)
September 3rd, 2009 at 3:54 pm
Air downloaded and then vanished. Shows up nowhere. I’m using an Intel Mac running Leopard 10.5.4. When I click on the OPEN WITH option, AIR is nowhere to be found. When I try to reinstall it, I’m told it’s already installed. So where the fuck is it? It’s not on the desktop. It’s not in applications. It’s nowhere. And when click on the AIR application XML, inside the IAM folder, it opens QuarkXpress! W. T. F.? I cannot use Firefox because Firefox won’t talk to my print companies FTP system. So I’m using Safari. Aaaaaarrrrrgggggghhhhhhhhhhhh!
September 3rd, 2009 at 4:05 pm
Thanks for the free software. Installation was great. No Problems with Firefox.
Will be passing this along to my whole team over at One Teamline Vision.

FYI on IE users. Download the file, and when it asks to save, save it as “all files” and add the “.air” extension after the filename, worked just fine, downloaded and installed in under 2 minutes.

Thank you so much for letting me use this software. Just downloaded it and looking forward to using it.
A very generous gesture – much appreciated.

wow,Harlan,
thanks a lot. you are the first one in this all business that really give a wonderful program for FREE,

Thanks again for this amazing software,

Lela, use, enjoy, and prosper. Harlan.
September 3rd, 2009 at 7:37 pm
You should be downloading it and not trying to open it. First install AIR. If you have, it’s in your Applications folder. Download the program from the blog.
Just click on the folder and it installs the program and runs.
Do not try and run the program without downloading it.
Hope this helps.

September 3rd, 2009 at 8:17 pm
Hi Donna,
That is an interesting question. I suppose with the right tweaking, you could adapt some of the emails into blog posts. BUT blogs are more informative and advice-driven whereas the emails are clearly salesy/promotional.
Hope this helps.
September 3rd, 2009 at 8:18 pm
Hi Tony,
Sorry you were having trouble?
Have you been able to find the emails? The folder in which they are located should be listed at the beginning of your install. You can also save project anywhere you wish.
Hope this helps.

Thanks for the questions.
Everyone on our end feels safe and has opened, installed and used the program extensively. That said, you should always do what feels right for you. If you read the help pages we sent as links, they explain that all programs on your computer are unrestricted — this one is no different.
Good luck!

So, far the installation was fast and easy (other than the updates by Adobe Air). I had to generate a project to understand how the e-mails read out, but this is an awesome program. With the correct word or phrase placement this will generate very cool messages to use anywhere.
Thanks for sharing this.
September 3rd, 2009 at 9:44 pm
Hey Ken, in a few minutes it’s all too simple. Can’t believe it took so long for me to share this. I’ve got some other cool stuff I’m going to share. Harlan

it’s nice to try this software, I am totally new beginner and still seeking for the proper shape to take off; I get a strong feeling that your software will be a great support to my effort, because it’s come from credible source like you and Joel Comm.

Why do you give this away??
You could make loads of money with this, I am sure.
Anyway, I’m really grateful!
September 4th, 2009 at 8:15 am
Harlan,
Thank you for this; it’s an excellent idea. I don’t see where the finished emails show up, though. I filled out a couple of pages and asked for the finished letter (so I could see if I was filling out things the right way), and I couldn’t find any results. I got a message saying they were completed, but can’t find them. Can you help me out?
Thank you, Joan

My download doesn’t look anything like your warm and fuzzy pictures. Simple, awful template file. No way to coordinate messages. I tried three times and it’s just a mess. Please advise.

That’s a fantastic view on mindset. It washed away all my fears and phobias about online marketing.
Thanks!
September 4th, 2009 at 10:33 am
Harlen,
Fantastic!! I downloaded your great software … and it worked just like you said it would in your video – amazing.
I spent a bit of time doing a test project and the results look pretty darn impressive I must say.
Just one suggestion, while I was filling in the various fields in the Steps, it occurred to me that a simple PDF guide accompanying your great tool that suggested the correct syntax and grammatical format (i.e. are we best with a phrase, single word, sentence – what about tense, plural or singular, etc) for the individual fields in question would probably make for a better final result with less need for correcting, tweaking and detailed proof reading afterward. My initial results confirmed my suspicions, that I often entered a phrase where a word might have been better, or visa-versa.
Anyway, I’m sure that you as the developer have an inherent feel for the type of syntax to enter in the appropriate areas … I’m sure that all the users of your superb freebie could develop that feel also … but. if it’s not too much to ask a pdf guide to refer to would IMHO be a nice time saver. (I guess I’m building on Blane’s very valid comment above).
Thanks again for the great time saving software, I really appreciate it.

Hi Harlan,
I have never had a need for an auto responder. Your software looks great, but without anything to sell as such I find it Superhard to answer the questions. I will shelf it until it is needed. Thanks so much.
September 4th, 2009 at 2:03 pm
What is keeping me away from success is mainly that I don’t feel confident enough with the fluency I experience in speaking English. Therefore, beside studying the internet marketing tactics, I also have to learn the English grammar as well. Lots of work on the table. Thank you for the clarity of your propositions.
Best Regards,
Gy
September 4th, 2009 at 6:22 pm
Cy, that’s a limitation you imposed. You don’t HAVE to speak English. Hire someone. Harlan

Thanks for the super nice give-a-way!!
September 4th, 2009 at 10:07 pm
It works perfectly! Was able to generate 50 unique autoresponder messages in about 15 to 20 minutes. Had to go back and retweak some but nothing major. Saving in text format was a big plus on editing an modifying. Thanks again!!!

Doug, You need to pick one. Harlan
September 4th, 2009 at 11:45 pm
I just made a project with the software. I have to say that what I created seems to not make any sense at all sometimes. And sometimes I can see what I need to tweak in the info I typed in to make the emails work better.
That’s why I agree with MacGaw @ ppcevolutionbonus.com who said
“Just one suggestion, while I was filling in the various fields in the Steps, it occurred to me that a simple PDF guide accompanying your great tool that suggested the correct syntax and grammatical format (i.e. are we best with a phrase, single word, sentence – what about tense, plural or singular, etc) for the individual fields in question would probably make for a better final result with less need for correcting, tweaking and detailed proof reading afterward. My initial results confirmed my suspicions, that I often entered a phrase where a word might have been better, or visa-versa.”
Please do add something like this to the product in a PDF or video tutorial. I think we’d all greatly appreciate it.
Also, maybe you can create a special page for people with tech issues so they can see what they need to do to make the software work.
Rodney

Hi,
Bill here again. Nice to hear EVERYONE ELSE’s problems are easily solved with this.
1. Downloaded with FF no problems.
2. Already had Adobe Air installed.
3. Adobe Air goes through install but stops everytime about 75% the way through.
4. Get “error 0″ message from Adobe Air.
5. When I try uninstall Adobe Air to redownload and reinstall, Adobe Air tells me “contact your administrator”.
6. No one else uses this antique Dell Dimension 8200 at home with Windows XP OS, so I am the admin and set no passwords, privileges, etc. when I bought it. Everything is default.
7. Any ideas?
Thanks.
Bill
P.S. I usually have Trackback Spider running in the background which is a hog…I’ll try shutting it down during install.

Harlan, Personally I given exhibit to install did not become since powerfully falls safety of the computer , thank you , no need ;lol;
September 5th, 2009 at 12:15 pm
Thanks Harlan,
Just installed it and it worked fine. Thanks for telling is to download in FF.
I have 3 niches I can use this in. It’s so much work to generate 50 emails
normally that have procrastinated doing it.
One of my niches has earned me at least $100,000 mainly from just the 12-15 emails
I have in that email series. I’m excited to think what it could mean when I have
another 40 or emails they receive from me.
Now it will be easy for me to be able to create the email series for the other
niches also.

Ron, I’m glad you find it useful. Peace. Harlan
September 5th, 2009 at 1:38 pm
Thanks so much for sharing! Looking forward to testing it!
September 5th, 2009 at 1:48 pm
WOW. I just tried the software and am very impressed. I had togo back and tweak some of the answers one time but the finished product looked and sounded just like Frank.
i am adding them to my autoresponder today to see what sort of response I get.
Now I want an instant copywriting software for all my sales pages so they can convert better.
September 5th, 2009 at 2:08 pm
It took a while but I got it installed. Had to install Firefox and Adobe Air, a very cool app. I passively keep in touch with these issues of list building and messaging as we will have our full working insurance website up and going in a couple weeks…it’s a more traditional type of internet and/or brick & mortar store than selling ebooks or other such items. My thoughts to downloading info and programs and subscribing to email info alerts is that the marketing will be basically the same. This seems like a great utility and to get it for free…that’s terrific. I’ve read pretty much all of Harlan’s emails on copywriting and NLP. Maybe this utility will take all the tenets of NLP and auto-install into the 50 autoresponder emails. I’m also looking for a utility for blogging multiple sights at the same time. I know they’re out there.
Good luck to all….and Harlan, if and when we get our working version of the website alive (it’s just a biz card type website now) I’ll definitely be following you more for info and more utilities.
Thanks, Gary
September 5th, 2009 at 2:10 pm
Keith, Sounds like you’re hinting that should be my next freebie software! Peace. Harlan
September 5th, 2009 at 2:11 pm
Have fun with it, Tammy. Harlan
September 5th, 2009 at 2:29 pm
Hi Harlan,
This is a practical, time saving, on target but not perfect email creation tool.
The above comments about providing some guidelines about syntax would definitely be useful. Perhaps an example which would show 2 or 3 different samples for different products or services, which I could look at while deciding how to insert my own wording.
As it stands, it provides 50 emails which will require some editing. I can spend an hour every day until I am finished with the editing. It still saves time and provides emails which will hit certain hot buttons that I hadn’t thought of.
I consider myself to be pretty good at getting things done. I haven’t created more than 20 auto-responders for any website I have created in the past. This moves me a step forward with a minimum of work.
Good Job,
Don Winfield

Hi there
Sarah from New Zealand here. What a fantastic idea and thankyou for sharing this. I have tried to download it but Im not having much luck. Im a bit puter illiterate so any help would be appreciated. I have a PC with Vista and Internet Explorer is the browser.I downloaded air first but doesnt seem to help. Should I remove the IAM file first and start again? If so should i download Firefox ? Cheers
September 5th, 2009 at 2:42 pm
Sarah, Download Firefox. You have Air. Follow those directions again and see if that works! Thanks. Peace. Harlan
September 5th, 2009 at 3:10 pm
Thankyou Harlan.That worked.Awesome
September 5th, 2009 at 4:52 pm
Harlan, thanks!
This was a really easy install and I had the software open and running in a couple of minutes.
As a professional marketer, I can see immediate and huge benefits from this software. It’s brilliant.
And thanks to David Frey for the ‘heads up’ – good referral, David.
Best regards,
James

Thanks James, Glad you’re up and running with it. Peace. Harlan
September 5th, 2009 at 5:50 pm
I watched the Mac X interview and learned MANY yhings, but I’ll keep it short:
1) Excellent copywriting is what makes your sales; don’t go cheap on this.
2) Online AND offline marketing methods need to be combined to truly explode your marketing business into a megamillion dollar business with staying power
3) Integrity is the cement that binds you to your customers; never compromise yours.
4) I won’t get rich quick, but get rich I will by studiously applying Tactic 7 principles, as well as studying miultiple successful people and systems. Then I can build my own way and identity over time. Copycats make small change.
September 5th, 2009 at 6:12 pm
Mike, great takeaways! Thanks for sharing. You got a lot our of the interview that can take you far if you apply it. Peace. Harlan
September 5th, 2009 at 7:36 pm
Hey Gary, I’d love to see your website. Peace. Harlan
September 5th, 2009 at 7:50 pm
how do you get the templates in the email.
September 5th, 2009 at 8:16 pm
Just enter the data where the program asks you and press generate. The software automatically inserts in for you. Peace. Harlan
September 5th, 2009 at 9:05 pm
the output directory harlan what is it???
September 6th, 2009 at 11:44 am
Hi, Thanks for the software but i couldn’t install it on my MacBook even though i was able to download adobe air and installed it successfully could it be that the software doesn’t support mac? In your illustration you used mac but why can’t i install it? i gues the software you have placed on website is not mac version. Thanks
September 6th, 2009 at 12:05 pm
Kobby, there is only one version. And the one posted is the exact one I used to install on my mac. Restart your computer and download the auto-responder program again. Peace. Harlan
September 6th, 2009 at 12:06 pm
I’m sorry if this has been mentioned above already, but the download doesn’t work in Safari for Mac – a bunch of code is presented in the browser window. Works for Firefox for Mac however.
Thanks for the killer software!
September 6th, 2009 at 12:22 pm
Hey Chris, it worked in Safari for me. But I prefer Firefox. Harlan
September 6th, 2009 at 1:06 pm
Hello Harlan,
Here is the skinny about your program. Your clients MUST use Firefox. If they use I.E. it FAILS.
Best of continued success,
Dr Ron Marek
September 6th, 2009 at 1:08 pm
Dr Ron, that’s just not true. We have had many people download and run the program with IE. Peace. Harlan
September 6th, 2009 at 3:56 pm
Hello Dr. Harlan,
I downloaded the software, filled out the questionnaire, generated the sales letter. But do not where the sales letter is at.
Can you give me some tips here.
The software questions are great.
Warm Regards and much success
Rene

Hello
My spyware protection software says that your site is on a known spyware list and recomends me not to install and run it. I have deleted the file now as I am not t sure if I can trust you:)
ps why does the programe want to communicate with your site anyway?
September 6th, 2009 at 8:10 pm
I have to say, this downloaded and installed like a charm. It even updated easily.
WOW! 50 emails in about one second. That is fantastic!
A little editing is required but hey, what a time saver!
Thank you so very much!
Eric
September 6th, 2009 at 11:19 pm
Thank you for such a USEFUL piece of software! I have done a lot of writing in my day, but I now have to take large amounts of pain medication, which has left me, “brain cell challenged”.
This is really going to help me so much, as it’s difficult for me to sit down and write a series of emails for ANYTHING these days, and I’m sure there are a ton of people that can appreciate what a great help this is, as well as an incredible time saver!!
I can’t thank you enough, and I can’t BELIEVE you are giving this away for free, although I’m glad you did, lol.
September 6th, 2009 at 11:28 pm
Thanks a bunch, Harlan.
Everything is working perfectly… easy interface, nice flow.
Looking forward to testing this out on a couple of niches.
Kudos,
Howard

September 7th, 2009 at 12:41 am
Enjoy it Eric. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 12:42 am
The program does not communicate with your site. There’s nothing there for it to communicate with. The program installs and runs without and internet connection. You’ve been reading too many conspiracy books. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 12:43 am
Rene, you are asked at the beginning of the program where you wanted the letters to go. That’s where they are. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 4:56 am
Hi Harlan
I just installed your software and tested it against a brand new nich I am going to enter.
It is so great – I even found my self getting caught up in the content of my OWN emails – I can’t thank you enough for this software – you see english is NOt my mother language and I always think my own created emails sounds stupid…. NOt any more – I love them
Thank you !
cheers
Tina
September 7th, 2009 at 7:34 am
Tina, use it and make $$$. That’s the idea. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 9:32 am

It works fine so far. I’ll be playing w/ it later on. So far so good
Have a great Labor Day,

September 7th, 2009 at 9:43 am
I cannot get this to work, even if Air is installed it still opens up as a .zip file in winzip, I cannot even see where Air is installed its all very weird
September 7th, 2009 at 9:44 am
Thank for for your giveway. It’s great sofware..
September 7th, 2009 at 9:56 am
Thank you. Use it and prosper. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 9:58 am
Steve, if it downloaded as a zip file you are probably using Internet Explorer. We recommend Firefox. Even so, when you download it. When you get to save as name it as IAM.air and it should still work. You can also try renaming your zip file to IAM.air The program is not a zip file and this is an odd thing Windows Internet explorer does. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 9:59 am
Thanks Kathy. Enjoy. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 10:16 am
Got it going now, its good but its difficult to think up answers to the questions? I thought this would benefit my business but it is more suited to (I) single person than (We) business if that makes sense! the businesses I deal with would not buy from an individual, but overall the templates are a great place to start and give good ideas about an email campaign which can be hard to do so thanks Harlan. More specific advice on answering the questions and in what context would be really useful.
Steve
September 7th, 2009 at 10:46 am
Pedro
Is this some type of joke?
The software doesn’t start or open as a matter of fact, no matter how many different ways I’ve tried to open it with Adobe Air, and there’s no file in the zip file that indicates it’s an executive .exe file that would start the program, except for the certificate which you need to get a key to be able to open the software.
What’s the skinny? Please advise.
Thanks
Pedro
September 7th, 2009 at 11:18 am
Pedro, you haven’t bothered to read any of the comments on the blog. Your question has been answered nearly a dozen times. There is no zip file, no exe file, and no key or code to start the program. I guess you are just very creative. Read the instructions. Follow them and the software works flawlessly.
September 7th, 2009 at 12:11 pm
Hi.
When I started the installation I got the message:
“Sorry, an error has occurred
This application requires a version of Adobe AIR which is no longr supported. Please contact the application author for an updated version.”
Do yoy recognize that?
Regards
Christer Ljungkrantz
September 7th, 2009 at 12:14 pm
Congratulations. You are the first to get this error. Uninstall your version of Adobe Air and start with a new clean install. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 12:26 pm
It works! With over 100 blogs and few lists from any this is a God send!
September 7th, 2009 at 12:29 pm
Harlan,
Thank you so much for this s/w. It is very generous of you. I opted-in to your list, and I must say I’m impressed that you gave your office phone number in the very first email. I also liked that you clearly stated your intentions and expectations, as well. It gets really tiring, and a bit annoying, to be on someone’s list and there’s no easy way to contact them.
I am impressed. You’re going above and beyond what very many successful marketers do.
Regards,
Ken
September 7th, 2009 at 12:43 pm
Ken, we’ve had a lot of people call just to find out if it was real. Hope we can help you grow your business. Harlan

Thanks Neil. Peace. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 12:48 pm
G’z – I can’t believe some of the comments. Adobe Air programs are NOT that hard to use.
If you have problems, blame Adobe, not this guy. Anyhow – it works great (as it should). So I appreciate it.
I think it’s pretty funny that people try and make money online but don’t know how to use their computer, or know what html, or css is. It’s a shame… People should try to learn their trade, before expecting to make money from it.
September 7th, 2009 at 12:54 pm
Hey Tim, the ones that get it are the one’s who see a bargain and use it. Peace. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 1:17 pm
Harlan!!!
I own already FollowUpEmailCreator but you top it with the Frank Kern flavor.
Thank you. Thank you.
Roland
September 7th, 2009 at 1:26 pm
Let me know how this works for you. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 1:46 pm
Works exactly as you said! AdobeAir was installed as a Free upgrade to my Free Adobe Reader about two weeks ago. After the IAM.AIR downloaded, it was immediately picked and installed automatically and it works beautifully! Using Vista Ultimate 64 Bit with IE8 and ran into absolutely NO problems! Thank You! Fantastic Autoresponder E-mails!
September 7th, 2009 at 2:05 pm
Hi,
first I’d like to say that I did not have any problems installing or using this software.
But I do have a question:
What is the difference between this software and another software that looks almost identical to this one and is called Niche Sponder?
So far I have seen only minor differences in the resulting email contents. The main difference seems that Niche Sponder gives you not only the text emails but also the corresponding HTML versions of it which is very useful because most autoresponder services let you add a text and a HTML version of your email.

September 7th, 2009 at 2:05 pm
Just installed and opened – flawless experience =) It’s so NOT complicated, takes like 2 clicks. Looks fantastic, can’t wait to try it out! Thanks a mill!
September 7th, 2009 at 2:09 pm
Oh wow, clicked through the steps to get an idea of how and what it produces, very impressed. I’m positive this is going to whip up some fantastic autoresponder messages and can be used to create sales letters even (even if they need fleshing out a bit). This is like someone holding your hand through the copywriting process to ensure you cover everything! Fab!
September 7th, 2009 at 2:41 pm
Harlan,
I just opted in, too… and I haven’t even looked at the welcome email yet. You really give your phone number? I, too, am really impressed with everything I’m seeing here. Never having “met” you before online… hearing your name today for the very first time… I already feel like I know you! Talk about relationship building.
Just the video had me feeling like I knew you, and I sensed you were very sincere. Then I got to the blog…… I am so blown away with how you really answer everyone so promptly. I was just going to skim a few replies to get a feel for it, but ended up reading and learning from almost everyone else’s experiences and your answers. I spent waaaaaay more time here than I “should” have, based on my top priorities for the day. However, this was definitely not time wasted! I’m glad I found this community, and I’m glad I found your SOFTWARE that you are so generous to give away! Thanks so much!
I haven’t even installed the software yet. I downloaded the software without a hitch (except for some reason there’s an extra icon on my desktop called IAM.air.part. So I hope that doesn’t present a problem.) Your video is very clear, so I’m getting ready to do the installation. I’ll let you know if I have any problems.
By the way, I noticed Doug asking about the output directory. I think he just needs the definition, and what he’s supposed to do when the software asks him to choose one. (?) You answered someone else about this earlier… explaining that the output directory means where the files will go after the software creates them…. something like that. Hope that helps.
September 7th, 2009 at 2:55 pm
This sounds wonderful. Think this is what I have been looking for to start a website. Should be up in no time. Thanks for the software.
Jossy2a
September 7th, 2009 at 3:00 pm
Hi again… I installed it without a hitch.
So I was going to write to ask if I could delete that extra icon (see comment above). But now the icon changed. It became a shortcut to “Instant Autoresponder Messages”. Am I guessing correctly that this is a new feature that was added after the video was made?
It’s location (where the shortcut goes to) is a subfolder of the main software folder. The default URL would be (if we just let the software choose the location during the install) C:\Program Files\Autoresponder Software\Instant Autoresponder Messages
So is this what we should fill in (or navigate to) as our “output directory”? I can see why this step is confusing for any of us who are somewhat new to computers.
September 7th, 2009 at 3:01 pm
I, too, am having problems getting both Air and this program to load and run. My biggest problem is getting Air to load and run. I am assuming that air is a stand a loan program and that there should be an .exe file. I can’t find one. I understand that your program is not an executable. I am running IE6 and WinXP on a PC. Any help will be greatly appreciated.
September 7th, 2009 at 3:06 pm
Do NOT use this software!!!
It is a TROJAN… it will generate 50 highly hypnotic and convincing emails which will embed your sales message into your prospects minds until they fork over piles of cash!!
It’s borderline unethical to be able to tap into the minds of the innocent this easily and make them throw their hard earned money at you for doing a few minutes worth of work. You’ve been warned!
That being said, Harlan… as usual, your genius knows no bounds.
Thanks for the time saving, profit booster – You Da Man!
September 7th, 2009 at 3:25 pm
That’s dude. Great comment. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 3:26 pm
Doug, you need to download air from adobe. Go to the link I gave and install air. Restart your machine. Then download my program.
Most people have easier results with Firefox. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 3:27 pm
Arline, I haven’t a clue as to what you are asking.
September 7th, 2009 at 3:27 pm
good luck Jossy.
September 7th, 2009 at 3:28 pm
Go use it and make 39 million dollars. Do one better than Mac X
September 7th, 2009 at 3:30 pm
Glad you like it. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 3:31 pm
I’ve never seen their software. We took out the HTML part because every single AR company lets you paste in text as they convert it to HTML.
September 7th, 2009 at 3:31 pm
Enjoy the software. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 4:06 pm
Harlan;
I got it running on my XP machine. Tried putting it on my vista laptop and it said I had a bad copy of adobe Air and to re-install it. Haven’t done that yet and haven’t tried your software yet although it did open after it installed. Looking forward to using this little gem.
Thanks
Doug
September 7th, 2009 at 4:29 pm
Thanks for the quick reply! The quality of customer service says a lot.
September 7th, 2009 at 4:31 pm
Thanks Loren! Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 4:41 pm
Thanks for the software Harlan. I’m still pretty much an IM newbie and was in wondering how I was going to get autoresponder messages and content. Then one day Mass Article Control shows up a couple of weeks ago and I have content (although it requires tweaking too btw), and now your IAM comes along and I have autoresponder messages! How cool is that? On another note, I just installed it on an HP laptop running Vista and it works great.
The best,
John
September 7th, 2009 at 4:53 pm
I had Adobe Air already installed so the program downloaded and installed with no problem. Thanks for the help in getting past the “blank screen”. Editing and tweaking is MUCH easier than starting from scratch 9 times out of 10!!
Thanks,
Van
September 7th, 2009 at 5:10 pm
Harlan — The (unnamed) marketer who sent me the link to your page followed up a couple of hours later with a second email saying your page had been taken down. Unless I’m in the twilight zone, it appears since I’m writing this post that that’s not true. Do you plan to take it down shortly, perhaps? Would be nice to know before I let my list know about this software. Thanks!
September 7th, 2009 at 5:10 pm
Glad you got it running. Enjoy. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 5:10 pm
Now use it John. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 5:14 pm
Hi Harlan,
I installed Adobe Air first, as Tom Robertson suggested. Your program downloaded and installed without a hitch! The program is user friendly and your work and design is nothing short of masterful. Thank you very much for your generosity! This is is truly a rare gift and a platinum opportunity for anyone wanting to establish that all important relationship with their subscriber list. Editing the output is not something to complain about. The most time consuming and sometimes hair pulling part has already been done. This will be such a time saver and is a real boon for my marketing communications! Saying thank you, just doesn’t seem to adequately compensate you for your product and generosity! Looking forward to more of your products and services!
September 7th, 2009 at 5:47 pm
I got stuck on the first question. Where do we put the files? It’s not covered in the video. Thanks!
September 7th, 2009 at 5:48 pm
Thank You…it downloaded very easy and am looking forward to using it!
September 7th, 2009 at 5:55 pm
Hey Harlan–You mean we Actually have to Use this software to make it Work—-I Knew their was a catch, nobody gives Stuff like this away for Free without a Catch! Well let’s see–I answer a few questions-click a button and BAM–50 F style emails that I can use in Aweber to Actually Communicate to my lists. Lists that have been sitting in there for ions. I don’t know—I’ll have to give it some thought. OK–COME-ON…JUST FUNNIN HERE.:0)
Thank You Very much for this software. I for One don’t have the time to stay in touch with my subscribers and have not “Taken Care” of them as I know I should. This will for sure help me in my business.
Another Big Thank You and stay in touch
September 7th, 2009 at 6:13 pm
Thank you for actually doing what many of us thought about – but didn’t take any action. This is perfect timing for me, as my very next website creation step is the whole autoresponder bit. I will let you know how it works out.
Phil
ps – the installation worked perfectly. DL fresh AA 1st, DL w/ FF 2nd. Sweet…
September 7th, 2009 at 6:42 pm
Thanks Harlan!
For me the most impactful things from the Mac X interview were: Attitude (tactic 7), and ofline and direct mail (I think tactics 5 &6). The lack of hype was refreshing!
Lew
September 7th, 2009 at 9:12 pm
Lew, next time we’ll add the hype for you.
September 7th, 2009 at 9:13 pm
Thanks Brian. Use it and make some money.
September 7th, 2009 at 9:13 pm
The program asks you where you want to put the files. Pick any directory you want or the desktop.
September 7th, 2009 at 9:13 pm
Thanks Chuck. Use it and prosper. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 9:14 pm
Thanks Phillip. Make it happen. Harlan
September 7th, 2009 at 9:15 pm
Thanks Phil.
September 7th, 2009 at 9:15 pm
No, we had a brief snafu but we are up to stay. Thank you Dave.
September 7th, 2009 at 9:49 pm
Hi Harlan,
Sorry about my long comment that confused you. I do tend to say too much all in one breath.
My download went fine, but an extra icon appeared (not just the one AIM file like in your video demo.) The icon was labeled IAM.air.part
After I installed the AIM software, the extra icon changed. Now it was a shortcut to “Instant Autoresponder Messages”, which was in a subfolder of the main software location.
My question is this: When we start up the software and it asks us to choose the “output directory”, should we choose that “Instant Autoresponder Messages” file?
September 7th, 2009 at 10:58 pm
The interview referred to the 7 tactics system and got me interested in more details. But…
…The software itself required me to think carefully about a lot of things I never would have incorporated in writing my own autoresponder messages — things that clearly are vital to a successful campaign.
Thanks for the software!
If the course is as well thought out as the software, it’s a winner too.
September 8th, 2009 at 12:23 am
Hi Harlan, Download went smooth and I have started to experiment with your software. I have spent the last hour + completing the fields. I have now completed this and hit the ‘Generate Sales Letters’ button. Nothing happens except a ‘Build Complete’ box comes up. I hit OK and still nothing happens..am I missing something? )): Kind regards
September 8th, 2009 at 2:30 am
Download to my computer ok. It is passed midnight here. Will install and give it a try tomorrow.
Thanks
September 8th, 2009 at 1:43 pm
As a direct response copywriter who owns Mass Control and knows Kilstein knows his stuff too, this software is very exciting, gonna check it out right now.
September 8th, 2009 at 2:48 pm
Thank you Gav. Harlan
September 8th, 2009 at 3:35 pm
yes, interesting software, thanks a lot for sharing, but one crucial thing is missing,
the subject titles for each mail message.
Is this the `catch`, or are they included somewhere?
thanks again,
kindly,
Steven
September 8th, 2009 at 3:41 pm
Hi Steven,
This isn’t a catch — this is something you do indeed need to do on your own. Each email system (e.g., aweber) has its own rules and s-p-a-m triggers, so you will need to abide by those standards. You can also grad a phrase right out of the email.
Thank you for the comment.
September 8th, 2009 at 6:49 pm
Thanks for the software I will put this to good use!
September 8th, 2009 at 6:51 pm
Hi Nancy,
You are most welcome.
Thank you for the comment.
September 8th, 2009 at 6:56 pm
Thank you so much for the free autoresponder and instructional video. I can’t wait to use it with my business. I will let you know how it has worked for me after I use it. Again Thank you.
September 8th, 2009 at 7:03 pm
Thanks Barbie. My daughter would love to have your name.
Harlan
September 9th, 2009 at 12:01 am
I downloaded with Firefox and it saved as a zip, too. All I did was change the extension to air and it worked perfectly right away. Writing effective emails has never been one of my strong suits, so I can’t wait to try this out. Thanks a million! (I hope)
Dave
September 9th, 2009 at 7:15 am
Hi Dave,
Great, glad to hear it!
Thanks for taking the time to comment.
September 9th, 2009 at 10:04 am
Thank you very much for the responder system. I can see that it will be an important
tool in my arsenal of internet marketing.
September 9th, 2009 at 10:28 am

Hi! Thank you very much for the autoresponder system. It is installing without any trouble, if you have AdobeAir installed and if you chose “yes”, when you are asked “are you sure you want to install this software” after you chose the directory where you want your mails to be stored, you can click on “Project” and chose “Prepare letters”, you will have 50 Templates in your new folder. It seems it is more quickly to put your “Stuffs” inside, than respond for many question asked. Cheers, I hope this helps.
Thank you again admin for your prompt responses too.

Thanks, Harlen, for a quality tool that will save tons of time!
I agree, that the questions really force you to focus on your product, benefits, features, bonuses, etc. This is really a great side benefit of the program.
The templates themselves are structured well, and only require some slight tweaking to be able to send out immediately.
Thanks again for this great giveaway.

GREAT SOFTWARE, AND IT’S NOT TOO TECHNICAL …
September 12th, 2009 at 7:09 am
Dear Harlan,
Thank you so much for this software. I have been dreading writing emails and follow-up emails so much that I have procrastinated quite successfully till now.
The interesting thing about the software, in addition to the ease of use, is that it forces you to really crystallize the benefits, etc. of your product.
Again, Thank you so much for the software and the valuable videos.
You’ve inspired me!

Thank you for sharing such a powerful software.
I downloaded it with firefox and didn’t have any problems, the steps are very easy to follow and the powerful language contained in the actual templates is perfect for using the right language to generate the best response from a list.
I’ll definitely be using this tool a lot and thank you for sharing it free. You could easily get a handsome dollar for this.

Yeh, it’s working! All I had to do was calm down and read the instructions. First download AND install Adobe Air. AFTER you have downloaded AND installed Adobe Air download the Autoresponder software. NO right clicking needed.
That you for the gift.
September 14th, 2009 at 2:18 pm
Hi Harlen,
As a PC user and an IT person, I decided to try this. What I found is:
When I tried DL’ing (Down Loading) the software onto a PC with no Adobe Air – it opened a download window and asked whether I wanted to open or save it as a zip file. I clicked save and it indeed tried to save it as a zip file. Knowing a little about the PC, I renamed the file to be saved (in the zip window) as “IAM.air” (including the quotation marks) – this forces Windows to save the file with whatever name is in the quotation marks (it bypasses using the default .zip extension).
After the DL – I then installed Adobe Air on the PC using your handy dandy link above!
Next I went back and double clicked on the DL’ed file and everything installed fine!
So if your users don’t have Firefox, they can follow this little example and everything should work just fine!
Hope that helps someone.
Oh and thank you for the software!
-Mark

Hello The Software installed without any problems. I already have adobe air installed on my computer. Thank you for this incredible software. An answer to my prayers. Kind regards
September 14th, 2009 at 2:50 pm
I have trouble downloading this. When I try to download it, it open’s with winzip all the time. How can I rectify this. Thanks Jack
September 14th, 2009 at 2:52 pm
Hi Harlan!
Do I need to be concerned when it says the application may access your file and the internet (unrestricted) Which may put your computer at risk?
Thanks Tracy
September 14th, 2009 at 2:54 pm
Well, I’ll be damned!
As a Mac user, I’ve found pretty much ANY software from the Internet’s been a huge headache for me because so much is written just for PCs, (which, as computers, I have a deep seated loathing for). So I expected nothing to work. OK, so it took me a while to figure out a few things, and so far, I’ve only put together a spoof letter by filling in all the necessary fields … you know, jut to see what would happen.
And then things wouldn’t work.
Huh? WTF? Well, duh! Because I, dunderhead that I am, hadn’t set up the directory file at the beginning, of the process, so no dice. So, I fixed that (I’m a “get it done, read the instructions later” kind of person: drives my wife nuts), set up my directory file on my desktop, pressed the wee button, and then opened the directory file and picked a template at random.
You know, over the last few years I’ve seen all kinds of “This is great”, and “This will make you rich” offers online in one way or another and you know what? Most of it’s been utter BS. I’ve wasted days and days and probably hundreds and hundreds of dollars on all kinds of products that promised oh so much and delivered squat because they were badly written or just out and out crap.
But when I pressed that wee button, opened my directory file, and clicked on a letter at random, my world changed. Holy crap! Holy, holy of all that’s ever been and ever will be holy. This isn’t just a piece of software. This is the Holy Grail crossed with an ATM. It takes a great deal to impress me. But this is simply stellar.
Thank you so much.
September 14th, 2009 at 5:06 pm
Wow, very cool. Thanks so much; I am not 100% clear on how to use it but will keep exploring!
September 14th, 2009 at 9:19 pm
Rats! I went through the process and was so excited to click on the Generate Sales Letter button. All I got was a window that said “build complete”. Did I do something wrong? Seems like a great tool. I hope I can get it to work. Any ideas?
September 14th, 2009 at 9:32 pm
Awhile ago I taught PC Apps so I simply downloaded it (as a zip file) and changed the extension ‘ .zip’ to ‘.air’ and it worked for me. Hope this works for you too.
Thanks much for the Software.
Have a Great Week,
Doreen
(PS This Technique doesn’t always work on other apps, soooo… always make a copy to practice on and keep the original intact, just in case)
September 14th, 2009 at 9:48 pm
Harlan,
Thank you and I wish you the best in your endeavors.
I scanned over and reviewed many of the comments above, but did not see a question regarding the creation of our own templates. I reviewed several of the templates and the construct is straightforward enough to create them. However, having not had much time with this S/W yet, can I just create template51, template52, template53… and add it to the directory?
Thank You again!

That means that your emails are now complete in the folder they are housed in. When you installed the program, it showed you where this folder is. Do you remember it? If you have any more trouble, email us at tactic7 [at] gmail dot com.

Hi Tracy,
You do not need to be concerned. Read some earlier replies where we posted some links explaining this. All programs on your computer have this kind of access.
All the best.
September 16th, 2009 at 9:08 am
For those of you who get an install error on Air you are not nuts. I tried for days and finally found a solution that worked. I extracted the installer file with winrar and it revealed three files, one of which was the windows installer. Clicking on the windows installer did the trick! it configured AIR and installed with out any problem.

No problem downloading and installing. I used Firefox as adviced. It worked just fine!

I’ve had my Instant Autoresponder for a few days now, it loads, it created my messages BUT I have to get this off my chest.
THE MAN (HARLAN) GAVE YOU A GIFT. Did you get that? A gift! He didn’t say leave your name and email address, get my software and then bitch about what it does. For you who had the balls to use words like honesty and integrity have you lost your minds? My tutorial didn’t say to lie and if you need a testimonial give your crap away and ask for one
We live in a world that needs a connection and these connection have to be created by someone. Who’s going to do it? You? Harlan has a greater responsibility than you can possible fathom. You weep because you can’t make any money and you curse Harlan’s software. You have that luxury, you have that luxury of not knowing what I know that Harlan’s software probably saved lives and my existence while grotesque and incomprehensible to you, still wants to connect with my list. You don’t want the truth because deep down in places you don’t talk about at parties you want Harlan’s Software; you need Harlan’s software. I have neither the time nor the inclination to explain myself to people who rises and sleep under Harlan’s connection tool and then question the manner in which the tool connects. I would prefer you just say thank you and went on your way. Other wise I suggest you pick up a keyboard and start to program, either way I don’t give a damn about your honesty or integrity and your lack of a testimonials”
Those of you who complained are worse than my sister in law who got a free chicken sandwich and complained to the staff how dry it was

Well Michael, a free chicken sandwich that’s dry….
Thanks for your post and your friendship.

September 27th, 2009 at 9:51 am
Wow, Harlan! This is a gift WAY beyond anything I’ve gotten this year – and some of the big dawgs have been giving away some amazing stuff. So, before you (do whatever I want you to do goes here – LOL), you should know that (something important you should know goes here) – — man, that works like mad in real life – even better than in print. Yeah, learned that from you in San Diego at the Hard Rock in April. Dude, you are truly a caring Jedi master. Thank you again.

Incredible!!!
It downloaded and installed immediately and correctly.
After a few minutes of plugging in some information, this created

Plus, it has generated so many other possible content ideas for future emails.
Thanks so much for this software.
It is impressive and has SO much potential!
Again, I Thank YOU!

Thanks Harlan,
Great gift! It works! It loaded instantly! No problems! (I have FireFox)
Guys, it’s a tool, and just like any other tool, it doesn’t always work well for you the very first time you try it. Work with it, experiment with it, test and tweak it. For a do-it-yourself entrepreneur it’s a fantastic leg up.
I can’t wait to finish my project file, and gather a list to send it to!!!
October 13th, 2009 at 11:30 am

Hey Harlan;
I don’t know how many times that I sat and tried to come up with interesting autoresponder messages only to come up with just a few. I had opted to start sending broadcasts instead because of not being effective enough in this area. Hopefully no more! It’s installed and i’m going to fill in the info and give it a whirl!
Cudos to You!
Thanks

Harlan, Thank you so much for this software. I realize the importance of following up with your list but I always had a hard time making the autoresponder messages.
I actually was contemplating purchasing a product similar to this. So you just saved me about a hundred bucks.
Your my hero!
Nancy
October 14th, 2009 at 1:38 am
Installation was very easy – your directions very clear – no problems there. As I looked over the templates, I wonderd if you have any information on responding to the questions? Can I edit my answers later? Do I need to have some product ready before the emails are sent?
Also, when the first niche is up and running, can I use the same download to set up another niche? Or, do I reinstall?
I know the outcome will be interesting…have no idea what it will look like!
October 14th, 2009 at 2:26 pm
You can always edit the finished template.
And you can use your program for as many niches as you like!
Peace.

I keep thinking that with an Autoresponder I can get my business up and running, but, how do I do that?
October 17th, 2009 at 6:32 am
Regarding Walter Thomas comment:
First, an autoresponder is simply a piece of software that sends an automatic response when an email is received. If you have an email account with a hosting service such as GoDaddy or Network Solutions, too mention only two, then you can set up your email service to automatically respond to an email you receive. Many hosting companies offer this service for free as part of their hosting plan.
Second, there are several businesses online that you could use as an autoresponder and mailing service. Actually, they are rather economical considering that they do all the work for you once you setup the emails you want to send. Two of the more popular ones are Aweber and Getresponse. Both of these services offer the double-optin approach for emailing. This is a very important feature these days because of spamming rules and regulations. I believe that both these companies allow a test period so you can try it out for free.
Third, I think this Air Application could be used to set up what would normally be called an email campaign. At least that is the way I’m going to use it.
If you are running your own server then you can purchase autoresponder software for around $100. However, be aware that it is not always an easy task to run your own server with an autoresponder. The setup alone could take weeks if not months. It would also require a dedicated line and something called static ip’s. A dedicated line could cost upwards of $150 every month for a relatively slow connection and there are other restrictions such as the distance from the phone companies service center.
Finally, although it might seem a bit technical, I hope this info helps people in making a choice.
